Dietmar's clients should be serious about their goals and committed to shoulder their responsibilities during the coaching process. Clients must commit to the coaching process for 6 or 12 months and sometimes longer. In this process a solid relationship will form between Dietmar and the client: an authentic, trustworthy, inspiring and goal orientated relationship! Professionalism but also a good sense of humor are required from both.
Two levels of coaching are available. All Coaching is done via zoom/skype or similar service with some email contact for special circumstances. Zoom Encounters are the preferred method of exchange. For Coaching in the Transformation & Discovery Program there will be a suggested one week visit of the client to South Africa or the client's base country by the coach with direct personal interaction. The purpose being to review the success of the coaching process and to build a coaching relationship that will endure..
Preceded by a free 1 hour zoom/skype background and get-to-know each other session, the two core programs are:
1) Professional Coaching Program: 6 months commitment, full payment up front. 60 minute Zoom Encounter every two weeks, emails when necessary. Details will be arranged to mutual convenience especially in terms of dates and time zones.
2) Transformation & Discovery Coaching Program: 12 months commitment, full payment up front. 2x 60 minute Zoom Encounter per month as required on mutually arranged dates and appropriate time zone adjustments. A n optional visit to South Africa or the coach visiting the client in his/her base country can be arranged. More details supplied during the get-to-know each other Session.

Short Resume (CV)
Dietmar Winzker has gained extensive technical and managerial experience over more than 20 years in the design, development and management of complex, high tech engineering systems. He worked in a large (27 000 employees) Corporation charged with the Development of Defense Systems where he became a senior manager and reached a Vice-President position. With this solid background, he started off as an international business facilitator and consultant for multi-disciplinary teams in diverse industry sectors at the end of 1989. He specializes in areas such as systems engineering, business transformation, human capacity development and business leadership but always set in a holistic framework. Dietmar has traveled internationally (40 countries) and has worked on four continents in numerous countries (over 30 countries)
Dietmar initially studied and qualified in ground-based aviation electronics. Subsequently he graduated in aeronautical engineering from the University of Stellenbosch. He specialized in aero- and gasdynamics, flight stability and propulsion. He holds a number of engineering degrees which culminated in a PhD in engineering in 1988. In recognition of his experience and specific competence, he was appointed Professor Extraordinary by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Pretoria, South Africa, Department of Engineering and Technology Management during 1995. Closely associated with the UP Graduate School of Technology Management (GSTM) for over 20 years he also was a Member of the Research Group for Engineering & Technology. He is also a Senior Research Associate at the Postgraduate School of Engineering Management at the University of Johannesburg.
With his experience in senior management he joined the post-graduate teaching staff of two Universities and simultaneously worked part-time on a second doctorate in Engineering & Technology Management which was conferred to him by the University of Johannesburg in 2005. He teaches post-graduate short-courses regularly at a number of international universities in subjects as diverse as Systems Engineering, Development of Strategic Intent, Personal Competencies for Management Development, Product Design & Innovation, Intercultural Management & Marketing and Business Leadership Development.
Dietmar facilitates in-house workshops and seminars in diverse companies internationally (mainly Europe & USA) and is a sought-after speaker at conventions and conferences. He has published numerous peer-reviewed papers in Technology Management and presented them at international Conferences. Some are published in appropriate Journals.
